  • To ensure contract performance is maximised through the monitoring of contractual obligations, performance targets, curriculum delivery and quality assurance targets.
  • Responsible for curriculum development in line with the needs of our client, local labour market and employers.
  • Working closely with delivery staff to ensure all financial and contractual targets are met and exceeded.
  • Ensuring that internal and external procedure are adhered to ensure that contracts are run compliantly (e.g., achieving low risk audits; accurate and timely claims). 
  • Recruitment of staff.
  • Identification of development opportunities through sourcing and securing new leads to expand income streams for the department.
  • To maintain and develop positive partnerships, both internally and externally.
Essential Criteria:
  • Must hold a relevant first degree and/or professional teaching qualification.
  • Must hold teaching experience.
  • Must have experience of successful curriculum development and change.
  • Strong leadership and performance management experience and skillset.
  • Experience of Quality Assurance.
  • Ability to inspire, lead and motivate teaching staff and learners.
