You will responsible for providing HR coordination administrative support across the full HR lifecycle and region (UK, Europe, India and UAE).

To work closely with business area to help implement the people strategy and provide operational support and guidance to managers, employees and applicants, based on established HR policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • HR Shared in-box management to include processing employee status change forms, maintaining HR file & system records.
  • Support recruitment & on-boarding activities to include producing offers of employment and providing references.
  • Coordinate induction, liaison with new starters and line managers.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports.
  • To actively promote positive staff welfare of all employees inclusive of health and safety, Working Time Regulations, employee satisfaction and wellbeing.
  • To support talent development and ensure all HR and training records are accurate and up to date and meet legislative requirements.
  • Coordinating the administration of visa applications.
  • Understand and adhere to the HR Shared Service procedures and general HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant HR qualification and the desire to advance HR career
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, knowledge of Workday would be desirable
  • Previous experience in HR essential
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent team player, with proven organisational and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
