- Global HR Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the global HR strategy to support the company’s overarching business goals and objectives. Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with corporate priorities across multiple regions.
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent in the electronics manufacturing sector. Work closely with business leaders to identify critical workforce needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Leadership Development & Succession Planning: Develop and implement leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline, ensuring readiness for future leadership roles across the organization.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a culture of engagement by implementing employee-focused initiatives that increase satisfaction, improve retention, and enhance company culture globally.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and the company’s financial goals, ensuring equity across regions.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management process globally, ensuring that the company’s performance systems align with its objectives and drive accountability at all levels of the organization.
- HR Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all global operations. Implement risk management strategies to address HR-related challenges.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all HR practices, ensuring the company’s workforce reflects its commitment to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, working closely with leadership to communicate and implement changes effectively across different regions.
- Global HR Leadership: Collaborate with regional HR teams to share best practices, ensure consistency in HR policies, and provide guidance on HR-related issues specific to local and cultural contexts.
- Experience:
- You should be able to demonstrate many years of experience in progressive HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a global HR Director or senior leadership capacity within a manufacturing or technology company.
- Extensive experience in managing HR operations across multiple countries and regions, with a deep understanding of global HR practices and regulations.
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR or an HR-related certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is preferred.
- Leadership & People Management:
- Proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating a global HR team to deliver high-impact results.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Global HR Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of international labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements across major regions such as North America, Europe, and Asia.
- Strong cultural awareness and the ability to manage HR challenges in diverse, multicultural environments.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking:
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive operational success.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels of the organization.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Experience with HR systems (HRIS) and digital tools that streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enable data-based decision-making.
- Change Management Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and guide employees through organizational transformations.
