EAC are representing a Market Leading Entertainment Organisation who are looking for a HR Advisor to join the team. This role is office based in Bedfordshire. Monday - Friday hours 9:00am-5:30pm.

If you are CIPD Qualified and have HR experience within Leisure, Entertainment, Hospitality or Pubs then this could be the idea role for you.

Duties for the HR Advisor:

  • Advise on all employment matters and handle Employee Relations

  • Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives

  • Assisting in organising employer branding initiatives

  • Continuous System Process Improvement

Ideal HR Advisor:

  • Experience within the Leisure, Hospitality or Entertainment field!
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified
  • Dealing with Employee Relation Cases
  • Strong business Commercial Accumen
