  • Experience with complex Employee Relations cases, including Tribunal stage
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers and senior management
  • Strong commercial approach and business understanding
  • Excellent time management, organised, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
