You’ll need to:

• Be confident and comfortable engaging with decision-makers at all business levels, from Owner-Operators to Finance Directors of large corporations.
• Stay motivated and resilient when prospecting and nurturing leads.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Your Role:
As a Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow by:

• Identifying Opportunities: Proactively engage with UK businesses to understand their goals and match them with the right financial products.
• Building Relationships: Deliver excellent service to clients, fostering trust and managing a portfolio of business relationships that will thrive over time.
• Managing Applications: Coordinate and submit finance applications, ensuring all necessary details are in place for a seamless client experience.
• Keeping CRM Accurate: Maintain up-to-date and precise records in our CRM system, supporting informed decision-making and smooth operations.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently work toward your individual goals while contributing to the team’s overall success.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
