Application and Administration Service SupportLocation: Bedfordshire Our established client is looking for an Application and Administration Support to join their team on a permanent full time basis. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact within the Applications Support team, providing expert technical support for business system applications. The Application and Administration Support will handle technical requests from the helpdesk, resolve incidents, service requests, and offer technical advice to users and colleagues.Responsibilities:• Provide expert technical support for business system applications, including the ERP system • Handle technical and complex tickets escalated from the helpdesk• Manage support call queues, resolving incidents and service requests • Maintain technical manuals and support documents • Provide system advice and support to teams • Update and issue, daily, weekly, and monthly reports Skills and Requirements:• Experience with ERP systems • Experience providing great customer service through a service desk• Experience working with Microsoft applications and highly proficient with Excel • Strong problem solving skills • Attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills FS1 Recruitment is a UK-based recruitment agency providing solutions within the Sales, Marketing and Creative fields for permanent, freelance and contract positions please contact us to discuss one of our many positions.
