Design and Development Engineer (Accessories) - £27.94/hr PAYE

What You Will Do:
- Develop Genuine Accessories across multiple disciplines including Electrical, Mechanical, and Trim, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Confirm fitment and application of accessories with vehicles, meeting technical, cost, and timing targets.
- Support the adoption of accessories for Special Versions (SV) and address market or quality enquiries as needed.
- Lead design reviews at various stages of development, ensuring on-time delivery of accessories against key milestones.
- Utilise provided CAD Laptop Workstation and required tools effectively for design tasks.
- Work autonomously within engineering standards, with support from technical functions as required.
What You Will Bring:
- A Bachelor Honours Degree in Engineering, showcasing your strong foundation in technical knowledge.
- Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in an Automotive OEM and/or relevant supplier environment, proving your industry expertise.
- Proficiency in CAD, preferably NX, demonstrating your capability in design and development.
- Excellent communication skills, both clear and concise, enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive approach and team-player attitude, ready to take initiative and contribute to collective goals.
