Role: Stock Controller – Temp to Perm
Location:Â Bedford MK45
Hours: Full time 8:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: £26,000 to £27,000 dependant on experience
Additional £200 per month attendance bonus
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Stock Controller to join our client’s successful distribution company.
Duties of a Stock Controller:
- Receive and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Arrange customer inbound requirements to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle daily customer interactions with professionalism.
- Provide holiday cover for colleagues.
- Input pricing and upload necessary paperwork to our systems.
- Manage small investigations for stock discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to support overall operations and customer satisfaction.
What we would like from you:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
