BASIC SALARY: 10 - 12.21 per hour

As part of their growth, they are looking to expand their operations team with a proactive and motivated Trainee Stock Controller.
In this Trainee Stock Controller role, you will learn and be responsible for:
- Assist in managing and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Support the team with stock audits, ensuring the physical stock matches the system data.
- Help to ensure timely stock replenishment to meet production needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to track and manage stock deliveries.
- Assist with inventory reports and help identify trends or discrepancies in stock levels.
- Contribute to the improvement of stock management processes.
- Ensure a safe and organised storage environment for all materials and products.
To be successful as a Trainee Stock Controller you will have:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- A keen interest in developing a career in stock control or logistics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory systems or previous experience in a warehouse role is a plus but not essential as full training will be given.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to take on new challenges.
