Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? A well-established and highly regarded firm in Bedfordshire is seeking a talented solicitor to join their team.The Role Reporting to the Supervising Partner, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including:
  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Business leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Lease extensions
  • Right to Buy / Right to Acquire
  • Agricultural land and development transactions (desirable)

About You To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • 2+ years’ PQE in commercial property

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and IT skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and comply with SRA regulations
