A Bedford based law firm are currently recruiting a Legal Practice Manager to join their team.**You will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Practice Manager within the legal profession**Experience to include:

Operations management (including HR, IT, business development and quality standards)
Human resources management
Recruitment of staff
Organising professional indemnity insurance renewals
Ensuring the renewal of fee earners’ practising certificates and CPD training requirement compliance
Understanding of Regulatory and Compliance issues
