PQE: 5 + PQE

My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Bedfordshire, and due to continued expansion, my client is seeking a driven and enthusiastic residential property expert to join their team.
They are seeking a skilled Residential Property expert to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more PQE or have qualified in residential conveyancing with experience in freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of handling own caseload
- Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct
- Up-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development, CQS and internal training expectations
