MFK Recruitment are happy to be working with a well-known Regional Law firm that provides a comprehensive range of legal services to both private and business clients.

They are now looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team, which already sits at over 120 strong.

Residential Property Solicitor - The Role:

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Conveyancing and should have comprehensive experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong focus on Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity, and Lease Extensions.

Residential Property Solicitor - The Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Property Law
  • Strong client care abilities, with the capability to offer professional, reliable legal advice in line with the SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Demonstrated business development skills, with a proven track record in implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to meet fee-generation targets and drive financial results.
  • Solid experience in managing an independent caseload from start to finish.
  • Strong written communication, drafting, and technical skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal concepts.

Please note that this is an on-site position, requiring attendance on-site 5 days per week.
