Techniche Global are supporting leading automotive manufacturer to appoint a Antenna Project Design EngineerKey responsibilities:
  • Managing in-development and in production parts and suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery target
  • Bill of Materials management for cabling, antenna and infotainment auxiliaries.
  • Digital and physical layout checks for components
  • Checks in production facilities as needed for fitment/efficiency of production
  • Perform design reviews at key milestones
Qualifications and Experienced required:  
  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  • Manufacturing BOM management experience (advantageous)
  • Be able to demonstrate and have practical experience in problem solving tools and techniques, and a strong mathematical understanding
  • Experience with harness/cabling layout for mass production
  • Vehicle layout skills and knowledge of Team centre / NX CAD
  • Basic understanding of antenna technical details
