Project Engineer Engineering Up to 50k + Package

We are recruiting for an organisation who are looking for a Project Engineer to work as part of the CAPEX team and working alongside others in their Facilities Estates Department.

This role is based on a large site, with over 30 buildings and the role will be working with main contractors in a full turnkey role and supporting the project manager on developing and maintaining the sites buildings during and prior to refurbishments ,and of any new buildings built. Using Project Management software and a CAFM dashboard to keep control of all Assets.

The role will also be involved also in the day to day H&S compliance of contractors on site and on environmental issues arising from the maintenance and construction projects.

Their is also building engineering layout designing to be done on new builds and refirbishments at early stages utilising AutoCAD software, where all training will be given to those unfamiliar on this package.

Project Engineer - Requirements
  • Facilities PPM and Repairs to various types of buildings and exteriors knowledge- Essential
  • Health and Safety knowledge - Essential
  • Civil Engineering or Construction Knowledge - Desirable
  • NVQ level 3, or above Desirable
  • AutoCAD knowledge - Desirable
  • BMS Knowledge - Desirable
  • Full Driving Licence Desirable
  • CRB Checked Essential
  • IT Skills and Report Writing - Desirable
This would suit someone who has worked within Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Estates, Automotive or within other allied manufacturing or built environment industries, who are looking to take a step into a more projects environment.
