As a highly skilled Technical Project Manager, you will blend project management expertise, technical knowledge in audio-visual technologies and exceptional communication abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets through diligent Pre-Production to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audio-visual solutions tailored to live event environments, including in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats.
- Conduct site visits to effectively gather the necessary contextual information from which you will then build the overall proposal for the event.
- Develop project specifications and deliverables, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation, particularly in adapting to the unique demands of each event type.
- Utilize CAD skills to produce aesthetically pleasing proposals that effectively demonstrate the overview of the project, whilst ensuring that the setups are optimized for the specific format of the event.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Day-to-Day Duties :
- Contribute to regular production meetings with the wider team to effectively manage workload across the business, recognize achievements, and address challenges collaboratively.
- Create and present project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all materials reflect the unique requirements of the event type and effectively communicate the value and quality of the offering.
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard ranging from full scale productions to simple dry hires, ensuring company processes are followed and the customer experience is the best it can be.
Must Have:
- A passion for delivering high-quality audio-visual experiences and solutions, with a particular interest in the dynamic and fast-paced world of live event production.
- Experience with production equipment, technologies, and best practices in the audio-visual industry, especially within the context of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
