We're looking for a standout part-time Administrator to join a buzzing marketing agency. Your role will be diverse, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently and supporting the HR Manager/ Employee Experience Manager with day to day office management tasks.

Cyber security Travel bookings and liaising with Flight Centre Visas Show ticket bookings and filling out forms Hotel bookings Restaurant bookings Airport car park bookings Arrange taxis/Chris Brett Transport for London bookings Listening to voicemail messages and taking action Watering plants in office and The Stables Checking and emptying post boxes Paying for mail with insufficient postage Birthday announcements on Skype Ordering staff birthday gifts Ordering birthday cards via Moonpig for remote workers Circulating birthday cards around the office for office staff Birthday cake for office staff on the day or near their birthday Leavers card/other occasion presents - weddings/engagements/new baby/house move Ordering and sending flowers upon request Topping up test phones as and when needed ICO Data protection licences Winners' cheques letters, writing cheques, and sending out prizes Subscription services Looking after visitors in the office Organising/buying Christmas presents Wrapping presents Ordering hampers for clients and setting up tracking Sending Christmas presents to remote staff Assisting with Summer and Winter socials Amazon invoices Adding contractors' holidays to the calendar Re-ordering branded merchandise Ordering business cards Sourcing a new energy supplier Booking hotels for staff for socials Adding Out-Of-Office for staff on the calendar Ordering corporate gifts, Easter eggs, Advent calendars General booking of taxis, minibuses Maintaining printers and changing print cartridges Managing meeting rooms as and when required Holiday cover for HR/ Employee Experience Manager as required
