Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with financial reporting.
- Prepare financial statements and support payroll runs.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Maintain purchase order processing systems and handle financial queries.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
About You:
- Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or finance administration.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software (e.g., Xero).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives under deadlines.
