Factory Administrator Gamlingay, Sandy, SG19£27,000 - Onsite - Perm

Cooper Lomaz are partnered with a manufacturing business who have been established within their space for a significant period of time. This role is a varied administration role with a focus on the administration of Payroll, recruitment, and internal insurance requirements.

Our client is seeking a Factory Administrator to ensure payroll is run efficiently and employee records are kept up to date. You will be responsible for being the Payroll Monitor where you will manage daily clock data including tracking holidays, sickness, and other absences. Applicants shall be responsible for checking hours worked with employees to ensure accurate payroll processing and work with the Operations Manager and Director of Resources to ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date. Alongside the administration of staffing hours, you will take accountability for managing job descriptions, arranging interviews, and preparing starter paperwork for temps and perm hires ensuring documentation is managed to the internal structure.

Person Specification

* Previous experience in administration* Exposure or experience inducting new starters, setting up contacts, and checking right-to-work* Excellent interpersonal skills * Attention to detail, accurate and efficient * Strong problem-solving and time-management skills * Numerical * Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Ability to spot errors and problem-solve.
