We are currently recruiting for a multinational recognised hospitality company, for the role of Payroll Analyst. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for one of the nation’s leading hospitality organisations that currently employee 30,000 people in hotels and restaurants across the UK, with strong corporate responsibility, sustainability and a focus on community initiatives, they serve over five million customers every month with people being at the heart of their business!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Payroll Manager in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Assist with tax year-end/start tasks, including P11D submissions, NIC payments, and business recharge activities
  • Oversee parental leave processes
  • Conduct monthly payroll audits and ensure accurate balancing
  • Verify redundancy payments and address payroll overpayment issues
  • Review daily payroll bank statements

Main Skills/ Requirements:

  • Solid payroll expertise, ideally gained in a large-scale organisation
  • Experience with Dayforce is preferred
  • Comprehensive understanding of UK payroll legislation
  • Consistently able to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
  • Detail-oriented and methodical, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
