?? What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting students 1:1 or in small therapeutic groups, helping them regulate emotions, engage with learning, and build resilience.
- Using psychological theory and trauma-informed approaches to help understand and respond to challenging behaviour.
- Working alongside therapists, SEN professionals, and clinical teams to deliver targeted support.
- Observing, recording, and reflecting on behavioural patterns - giving you a unique insight into real-world clinical presentations.

- A recent graduate in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field.
- Someone with a calm, reflective, and empathetic nature.
- A genuine interest in mental health, behaviour, and education.
- Previous experience with children, young people, or vulnerable groups is helpful - but passion and potential matter most.
