Key Responsibilities:
Coordination Support: Conduct daily administration tasks, acting as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member. Strong telephone communication skills and a confident phone manner are essential.
Project Assistance: Assist Project Managers with daily administration, including booking accommodation for roofing operatives.
Logistics Coordination: Organise material deliveries to the site and collections.
Health & Safety Compliance: Communicate with the Health & Safety team to ensure up-to-date Risk Assessments & Method Statements for each project are recorded.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with roofing operatives working on-site to support the smooth progress of general construction and roofing projects.
What they are Looking for:
- Strong administrative skills, ideally in the construction or maintenance industry.
- Excellent communication skills (good telephone manner)
- Computer literate.
- Flexible and able to work on your own or as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm with 1 hour lunch based in Bedford
- or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
