We are currently recruiting for a multinational recognised hospitality company, for the role of Internal Communications / Sharepoint Lead. It’s an exciting opportunity to work for one of the nation’s leading hospitality organisations that currently employee 30,000 people in hotels and restaurants across the UK, with strong corporate responsibility, sustainability and a focus on community initiatives, they serve over five million customers every month with people being at the heart of their business!
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with IT, HR, and other departments to support and deliver business change communications and projects
- Act as the go-to expert on SharePoint, providing training to employees on best practices and troubleshooting issues as needed
- Use Microsoft analytics tools to track engagement with internal communications and SharePoint, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, including design, content management, and troubleshooting
- Proven experience developing and executing internal communications strategies
- 5+ years of experience in internal communications, with a strong focus on SharePoint management
