Are you an HSE Manager from a Manufacturing background or similar, looking for a varied role where you will be responsible for a team of 4 carrying out HSE procedures with a highly regarded company in the Aerospace Industry?
Do you want to gain quality control experience through further progression and training opportunities to become a go-to specialist in your field?
On offer is the opportunity to join an independent research and development organisation within the aerospace industry, providing aerodynamic consultancy to major aircraft manufacturers globally. They are looking to continue their organic growth having secured further contracts with blue-chip clients.
In this role you will be responsible for implementing procedures and managing every aspect of Health, Safety and Environmental processes within the business. You will lead a small team of HSE Advisors and work alongside the Compliance Manager in a wide range of environments.
This role would suit a HSE Manager from a Manufacturing background or similar, responsible for the management of all HSE procedures in a company that is highly regarded in the aerospace industry.
The Role:
- Manage HSE aspects of the site
- Ensure compliance from all staff
- Manage records and documentation
- Manage HSE Advisors
- Monday - Friday, 38 hours a week with flexible working hours
