We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Secretary based in Bedford for one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is looking for someone to support the building and planning team alongside another Secretary.
Summary of the Secretary role
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities of the Secretary
- Answer calls and take messages for consultants.
- Audio typing.
- Set up new clients and jobs, checking for conflicts of interest.
- Diary management.
- Manage and update databases.
- Preparation of fees.
- Produce reports.
Requirements for a Successful Secretary
- Previous Secretarial experience within the Property or legal sector.
- Excellent audio typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Strong report writing and diary management skills.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365 and practice management packages.
- Full UK driving licence.
