Are you an experienced Registered Care Manager looking for your next challenge? AYG Care is partnering with a reputable domiciliary care agency in Bedford to recruit a passionate and dedicated Registered Care Manager.

About the Role:

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and day-to-day operations of the agency. This includes recruiting and managing the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business development and marketing of the agency
• Dayto-day management of operations and staff
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Providing highquality, person-centered care to clients
• Managing staffing, including recruitment and training
• Financial management, including invoicing and payroll

Requirements: 

• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a management role within domiciliary care
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Driving license and access to a vehicle at all times
