Our Client is a respected provider of Supported Accommodation, dedicated to empowering adults (18+) with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health challenges, and challenging behaviors to live fulfilling and independent lives. They are now seeking a compassionate and experienced Team Lead to join their team and help deliver outstanding, person-centered care.

Role: Team Lead - Supported Accommodation

Location: BedfordHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Starting Salary: £27,000 per annum

The Role
  • Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Support and mentor staff through role modeling, supervision, and coaching.
  • Assist the Service Manager with creating accurate staff rotas and timesheets.
  • Promote the health, safety, and well-being of service users and staff.
  • Oversee the delivery of person-centered services to meet the needs of each individual.
  • Participate in a shared on-call rota.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex behaviors.
  • Supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience and Certifications
  • 3+ years of experience providing care (required).
