Our client, a dedicated SEN school in Bedford, is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This long-term, full-time role is perfect for someone ready to immerse themselves in a rewarding educational environment.
Salary: £460-£500 per week
Contract Type: Long-Term, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with students aged 4-19 who have mild to moderate Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
- Provide support in academic development, helping students reach their full potential.
- Be a positive role model, building strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Assist with managing challenging behaviours in a creative and positive way.
The Ideal Candidate for Both Roles:
- Brings enthusiasm, empathy, and dedication to the role.
- Has experience working with children with SEN or a passion to learn.
