About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team at a secondary school in Ampthill, Bedfordshire. This long-term role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs as well as Special Educational Needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as a TA in the UK, either in primary or secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with SEMH and SEN.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
  • Monitor and report on student progress.
