  • Assist during lessons, break times, and school activities to promote inclusivity.
  • Help prepare and organize learning materials to enhance the classroom experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with SEN and/or PMLD pupils is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with children, staff, and families.
  • Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to different learning needs.
  • Relevant qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3) are a plus but not required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied learning challenges.
  • Local to Kempston with a reliable commute.
  • A full driving license is preferred.
