Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or small group support for SEN students, adapting materials to meet individual needs.

  • Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
  • Work closely with the SENCO and other professionals to implement personalised learning plans.
  • Foster a nurturing, safe space that encourages student engagement and well-being.
  • Support students during lessons, break times, and other school activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is highly preferred.
