The well-established company have recently won a new contract covering this area for supporting living and outreach services for the client group: mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities. You will work closely with the excellent leadership team in helping to develop the service throughout the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development of a new Supported living and outreach service in Central Bedfordshire
- Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Drive the growth and development of the service, working closely with local authorities to bring in new clients
- Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Supported living or Domiciliary care services
- Experience working closely with mental health, LD, physical disabilities client group
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Pro-active and driven personality to help develop a new service
- A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
