Technical Sales Executive
Based: Bedford
Salary: £24k + commission (after completion of probation )
We are looking for someone with a hunger for customer satisfaction, someone that is driven to succeed and able to think on their feet as in this role, no two days are the same.
Our client is a leading [B2B AV company specialising in projection and display solutions], based in Bedford.
This role is perfect for a technically minded junior sales person with a can-do attitude and strong team-working skills eager to grow their career.
Responsibilities for this role include -
- Responding to client sales enquiries via phone and email
- Quoting
- Sales order processing
- Customer database management on the CRM
- Communicating information to prospects and current clients
- Establishing & maintaining relationships with resellers & distributors
- Proactive account management
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
The ideal candidate will ideally have the following attributes/skills
- Technical B2B sales experience in AV/IT
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once
- The ability to effectively time manage
- Excellent telephone manner and computing skills
- Great work ethic with the ability to learn quickly
