Thrive Recruitment Group is looking for a Hire Desk Controller for our client based in Begwary, near St Neots in Bedford (MK44 postcode area) on a permanent basis.

Duties:
- Working within a busy and fast paced Hire Desk office
- Liaising with customers and providing accurate information
- Liaising with the warehouse and drivers on-site
- Administration
- Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries
- Ensuring accuracy of all paperwork
- Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity
- Use of Microsoft packages and their CRM system
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Salary:
£30,000 PA

As soon as possible
Requirements for the Role:
- It would be ideal to have come from a Hire Desk position previously but it is not essential as training can be provided for the right individual
- Industry experience is not essential, but would be ideal
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills
- Must have experience is Microsoft packages
- Due to our clients remote location, your own vehicle to travel to the location is essential
- Must live within a commutable location to our client
