What We're Looking For:
IT literacy to navigate relevant systems.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritise workload and meet SLA deadlines.Strong written and oral communication skills.
Due to insurance you need to be over 25 years old and hold a full UK driving license
Main Responsibilities:
Fully accountable for accurately checking in, auditing, complying with SLAs, and checking out medical records.Responsible for checking in historic records, ensuring they are correctly labelled and tracked in the relevant systems.Ensure the check-in and check-out of day-forward records for different service levels.Conduct library audits and investigate any issues.Report any identified issues to the team leader for resolution.Provide absence cover for team members when required.Maintain and organise records within the library.
