The position is for a Residential Sales Manager in Bedworth with a salary range of £30,000 to £35,000, and an OTE of £50,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the Sales Team, improving branch performance, conducting market appraisals, and fostering client relationships.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be confident and creative, and have a good knowledge of the local area.
A full and clean driving license and access to a vehicle are also required for this role.

(Monday - Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm and alternative Saturday am)

Requirements

Estate Agency experience at Valuer level or above.

2 years managing a team.

Confident, forward-thinking, creative. Excellent communication skills.

Sharp, enthusiastic and accountable.

Good knowledge of the local area.

Full/clean driving licence/own vehicle
