LTF Recruitment is searching for a caring and nurturing teaching assistant to join our two-form entry, Ofsted-rated Good school in Bedworth.

The Role:

You will support the teaching and learning of a Key Stage Two class alongside the teacher. This includes assisting the whole class and providing tailored support to learners with SEMH and SEN needs. The children require a teaching assistant who can combine emotional sensitivity with firm expectations and boundaries.

The School:

  • Rated "Good" by OFSTED.
  • Features specialist resource provision and a forest school.
  • Backed by a supportive Senior Leadership Team.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience supporting pupils with complex SEMH and SEN needs.
  • Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 12 months' experience in an educational setting.
  • Strong behaviour management techniques.
  • Skilled in 1:1 student support.
  • Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
  • Calm, patient, and caring with excellent communication skills.
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection guidelines.
