Job Title: Operational Finance CoordinatorPay: £15-£20ph doeDuration: 4 month'sHours: 37 hours, Monday to FridayLocation: NuneatonStart Date: ASAPWhat does the job entail?An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Operational Finance Coordinator to join the Warwickshire County Council's Business Centres team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in operational finance processes, supplier management, and tenant services. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, overseeing service charge assessments, and ensuring smooth financial operations across multiple business centres.You will achieve this by:
  • Managing Business Centre finance packages (Agresso/Unit 4)
  • Processing invoices, financial transactions, and supplier payments
  • Implementing rent increases, handling lease transfers, and onboarding new tenants
  • Conducting financial forecasting, arrears monitoring, and reporting
  • Maintaining supplier contracts and ensuring compliance
  •  Handling customer queries and providing a high level of service
  • Supporting Health & Safety compliance within the Business Centres
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
  • Customer-facing finance experience (Local Authority finance experience advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial management systems
  • Ability to travel between sites as required
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills
