The school is looking for a long-term Teaching Assistant to join their team to provide support to children in Year 2.
Our client is looking for someone to work in their school on a full-time basis.
Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant role:
- Minimum Level 2 Qualification
- UK school experience
- Ability to liaise with the class teacher, SENDCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupils.
- Build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
- Experience supporting children with SEN.
- Experience within primary schools especially KS1.
- Effectively manage the behaviour and engagement of the children.
- Deliver interventions
Working as a Teaching Assistant for Flourish Education you will receive excellent benefits including:
