- Manage and prioritise workloads effectively while remaining calm under pressure.
- Engage with residents, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
- Ensure all care plans are up to date and accurately maintained.
The ideal Registered General Nurse will have:
- A positive, patient, and flexible attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for engaging with working-age and older adults
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- NMC pin (required)
- At least 2 years of social care experience
