Project Manager FM Variations - 55k plus allowance - Nottingham
A well respected FM company is looking for a Project Manager to manage variations projects across a portfolio of contracts in the East and West Midlands. Most of the immediate projects are based in the Nottingham region and consist of conversions of medical centre office space into treatment rooms. Multiple projects with the largest around 1m and around 3m in total for next year.
They are looking for someone with a construction background who has a knowledge of the RIBA stages.
This role which covers most of Midlands mainly Nottingham and Birmingham area and part of Leicester, Derby and Sandwell.
