You will be joining a young and knowledgeable team of construction and development consultants, that are looking to expand their team further due to their increased workload. They offer a number of services within the residential, commercial, refurbishment, education and maintenance sectors with projects ranging in value from up to £3 million. - Coordinating and managing a team built up of Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.
- Liaising with subcontractors.
- Overseeing project budgets.
- Planning, developing and executing projects.
- Communicating with stakeholders.
- Reporting on project progress.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have...
- 10+ years of experience in a Project Manager role.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Have experience working in the residential, education and commercial sectors (Advantageous)
- Have experience working on refurbishment projects (Advantageous)
