Are you an Estimator with a background in Construction or Fit Out looking to join one of the longest standing, most reputable building companies in Northern Ireland that have worked on prestigious projects from Belfast City Hall to the Opera House?
Do you want to join an industry leading company who specialise in Construction, Fit Out, and Asset Management who have received huge national recognition and multiple awards cementing themselves as a company many others look up to?
In this role you will work on various projects and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and fit-out projects and manage the tender process and Tender deliverables.
This role would suit an Estimator with relevant Estimating experience within a Fit Out/ Construction company and have an extensive knowledge of construction practices that can be used on to analyse costs.
The Role
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction and fit-out projects.
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and contracts.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
The Person
- Previous experience as an Estimator in construction or fit-out.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, contracts, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
