We are actively seeking passionate Chefs to join our culinary teams across a diverse range of establishments in the Greater Belfast Area. This includes opportunities in hotels, restaurants, pubs, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and contract catering sites.
Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee the general running of the kitchen, including recruiting and managing kitchen staff.
- Prepare the kitchen for service, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are ready.
- Order and manage stock to keep the kitchen well-supplied.
- Complete necessary paperwork related to inventory, compliance, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Adhere to and enforce strict health and safety procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A passion for food and hospitality.
- Experience in kitchen management and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different kitchen settings.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
