Known for being an award-winning and employee first Building Consultancy they are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Marylebone office.

The Building Surveyor will work across high end Commercial and Residential sectors, offering expertise in a wide range of property-related services. They are currently seeking a determined Building Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Building Surveyor role

The Building Surveyor responsibilities will include carrying out technical due diligence, dilapidation's surveys, and residential surveys, as well as providing support in project management on a variety of projects.

The Building Surveyor will play a key role in delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, supporting senior surveyors and assisting in managing projects across both residential and commercial properties.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or Real Estate management
  • An interest in building regulations and construction law
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An interest in in residential surveys, technical due diligence, and dilapidation's is highly desirable
  • A proactive attitude, keen to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • RICS accredited or working towards chartership is a plus
