Keystone Care is looking for a passionate and experienced Peripatetic Home Manager to join our well-established and forward thinking care home group. This exciting role offers the chance to make a real impact by stepping in to lead homes that are either without a permanent manager or where additional leadership support is needed. You'll bring stability, drive quality improvements, and support teams through periods of change, all while developing your own career in a high-impact, highly visible position.

Job: 2435
Salary: £60, 000 per annum DoE
Location: Belfast Metropolitan Area
Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

  • Ensure the delivery of quality, person-cantered care
  • Manage budgets and the financial effectiveness of the setting
  • Recruit, train and supervise staff
  • Implement and manage standards of patient care
  • To be responsible and accountable for efficient and effective leadership to all care staff
  • Ensuring RQIA compliance
  • Ensuring all aspects of the nursing home environment facilitate exceptional care in line with registered bodies and infection control
  • Ensure the safe management of medication in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • The successful candidate will preferably have experience managing a Care home, however, candidates who have limited managerial experience and can demonstrate enthusiasm and desire to develop their career may be considered.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
