What's the Role?
The Assistant Director of Finance will be reporting into the Director of Finance, your main responsibilities would be:
- Overseeing and managing the Finance function for the Group and associated companies.
- Producing and distributing timely financial management information, including key statistical data, and identifying underlying trends for action.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining finance policies, procedures, and related documentation, ensuring alignment with best practices and current legislation.
- Liaising with Group Auditors in the production of Statutory Accounts.
- Representing the Finance team in key business projects, including new business ventures and TUPE transfers.
- Leading and developing the Finance team, ensuring consistent delivery of high standards across the department.
