iMultiply are working in partnership with a great organisation in Belfast and are looking for a Finance Manager to support the team for a period of 9-12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and addressing any issues as they arise.
- Oversee purchase orders, invoice processing, and other financial transactions.
- Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and cashflow forecasting.
- Collaborate with the off-site finance team to provide accurate and timely reports.
Experience and Skills:
- Level 4 (or higher) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
- 3+ years in a similar role (including 1+ year of supervisory experience) or 5+ years overall.
- Proven expertise in Supplier negotiations, including contract and payment terms. Cashflow processes, controls, financial reporting, and budgeting. Procurement systems (experience with Maximo is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent organisational skills.
