MS538 - Operations ManagerLocation: Belfast Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annumOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Operations Manager on behalf of one of our clients.Working for a leading chartered accountancy firm the role of Operations Manager is crucial to future development and success in delivering excellent service to clients and identifying future opportunities in the fields of tax advisory, R&D tax credits, grant funding and HMRC enquiry support.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of business activities.
  • Implement and improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of various processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement strategic initiatives.

  • Experience within a engineering / technical or production engineering background may be beneficial. 
  • You have a relevant degree or equivalent experience in operations management or a related field.
